DFL's 3 MTPA Urea Plant commissioning marks a historic moment for Nigeria for attaining self sufficiency in Urea production but also achieving a new status of transforming in Net Exporter of Urea. DFL has laid-out an ambitious plan of exporting to all Ecowas Nations initially, followed by all other African Nations apart from leveraging the geographical proximity Urea importing nations in South America, Asia and more.

DFL's Bulk Urea Exports are propelled thru' the Dangote Jetty Quays which are in close proximity to the Plant. Ship Loader at the Dangote Jetty will ensure quick transfer of Bulk Urea in to the Vessels to ensure quick turn around of vessels.

Dangote Fertiliser's Manufacturing facilities and future expansion plans require a marine interface to import raw materials and to export products to the global markets. Furthermore, interface for product transfer from the manufacturing plant is underway along with further expansion of the port by developing an inner basin behind the sand bar.
